This stunning home elegantly mirrors its natural surroundings, weaving light and texture into its design. A serene koi pond welcomes you at the entrance, with a bridge leading to the single-level residence - seamlessly blending architecture with nature. Designed for French professional surfer Couzinet Jorgann, the home subtly integrates his passion for the ocean, from carefully curated surf-inspired décor to the surfboards that greet you upon arrival.

Using materials like wood, stucco, and sandstone, along with greenery and natural tones, creates a design that feels warm, balanced, and connected to its surroundings. Wood adds an organic touch, stucco provides a smooth, refined finish, and sandstone brings earthy character. Greenery softens the space, while natural hues enhance tranquillity, making the home feel inviting and effortlessly in tune with nature.
