The Menonyse Premise project invited us to design the lobby, restaurant, boutique, and communal areas for the residents living in the building’s serviced apartments. While the apartments themselves are built on a luxurious design foundation, they allow residents to add their own personal touch. In contrast, the lobby needed to be a space that everyone could enjoy - a shared experience.

With that in mind, I aimed to create something a little different: a richer, more vibrant palette that plays with a mix of textures and materials. The goal was to craft an environment that feels luxurious and elevated, yet cohesive across every space.

To bring this vision to life, I leaned into rich, saturated colours and bold, playful patterns to infuse the space with warmth and personality. The result is an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and lived-in - like an indulgent holiday escape that’s still approachable and grounded. By layering textures and embracing a mix of unexpected design elements, the space offers a sense of familiarity and comfort while still standing out as something truly unique. It was important that the environment didn’t just look beautiful, but that it also fostered a sense of community - a place where residents and visitors alike could feel instantly at ease, welcomed, and inspired.
